Clarifrog Digital Service Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility & Timeline

Customers may request refunds for their Clarifrog subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date for any reason. Between days 15 and 30 after purchase, customers may request a prorated refund covering any unused portion of their paid membership term. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible and will be declined.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team at [email protected]. Please include:

  • Your full name and email address used at signup
  • Your Paddle checkout or subscription ID
  • A brief explanation of your request

3. What Happens to Your Data & Access

Once a refund is approved and processed:

  • Your subscription access will remain active until the end of the paid period covered by your refund (for prorated refunds) or will terminate immediately (for refund within 14 days).
  • Any personal data you have provided will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of our approval. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

5. EU Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for digital services purchased online. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time within that period, even if you have already accessed the service. By using Clarifrog, you acknowledge that you consent to immediate access and that this waiver does not affect your right to a full refund within those 14 days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Subscription renewals processed after the 14-day cooling-off period unless eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Changes in website availability or downtime beyond our control
  • Loss of notifications due to misconfiguration of monitored sites or endpoints
